Job summary

Dover Public Schools in Morris County, NJ, is accepting applications for a Part Time Paraprofessional. Location: District. School Year: 2026-2027. Hours: 5.5 hours per day, half includes unpaid lunch.

Salary Range: $25.39 - $27.39 per hour. Benefits available for those working 25-29 hours weekly. Responsibilities include providing individual or small-group instructional support and assisting with classroom management.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of study at an institution of higher learning; or
• An associate's (or higher) degree; or
• Meeting a rigorous standard of quality that demonstrates, through a formal assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics instruction or reading, writing, and mathematics readiness (passing of the ETS ParaPro Assessment).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
