Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have completed 48 hours college or an Associate's Degree or higher OR have passed the OGET or ParaPro or Workkeys.
• Progress in instructional training opportunities or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Assists children in classrooms with instructional tasks as assigned by the principal.
• Supports classroom management to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
• Follows safety protocols and school policies; provides coverage/support as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct consistent with licensed teachers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the principal or assistant principal.
