At United Care ABA, we’re more than a workplace—we’re a mission-driven team committed to improving the lives of children with autism and their families. We’re currently seeking youth aides, child care workers, teaching assistants, DSPs, and others with a passion for working with kids to join us as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Whether you're already in the ABA field or just beginning your journey, we offer a supportive, collaborative environment where your growth and well-being are prioritized.

We support you—so you can support your clients.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who have a heart for working with children and a drive to make a difference—whether or not you’ve worked in ABA before.
