United Care ABA in New York is seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, paraprofessionals, and others who love working with kids to join as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs. Whether you're already in ABA or just starting, you’ll join a mission-driven team where growth and well-being are prioritized and you’ll receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
