Job summary

Humanus is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals (PCAs) in Kennett Square, PA to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support for students with special needs. The role offers approximately 35 hours per week with an immediate start at $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include supporting IEP implementation, classroom routines, and behavior plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with teachers and staff to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with K–12 students in a classroom setting required.
• Current PA Clearances (within 1 year): FBI, Criminal Background, Child Abuse, Act 24 & Act 168.
• Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current TB Test & Physical.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills.
