Alpha Management Services, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide CLS services to individuals with IDD. This role focuses on supporting individuals in the home and community to build independence and improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (if required for position).
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/FA certification and NCI on-site training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal prep).
• Encourage community integration through outings, social activities, volunteering.
• Implement goals in the ISP and promote independence.
• Complete accurate daily service notes (EVV) and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members.

Job Summary

Alpha Management Services, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Living and Supports (CLS) services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on supporting individuals in the home and community to build independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in the home and community setting
• Assist and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping)
• Encourage community integration (outings, social activities, volunteering)
• Implement goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP)
• Use prompting, modeling, and teaching strategies to promote independence
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (daily service notes, EVV)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members

Qualifications
