Job summary

Alba-Golden ISD is seeking a caring Paraprofessional/Instructional Aide to support learning in a classroom setting. This position works closely with teachers to provide a safe, engaging environment that promotes student growth and development.

The role involves assisting with daily instruction, supporting students with tasks and transitions, preparing instructional materials, and supervising in classroom, cafeteria and playground while fostering positive relationships with students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Patience, flexibility and a genuine passion for working with students.
• Background check required.
