Responsibilities include assisting with daily instruction, supporting students with tasks and transitions, preparing materials, and supervising students in multiple settings. A background check is required and strong communication is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferred.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with students.
• Background and employment background check satisfactory.

Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom instruction and activities
• Support students with learning tasks, routines, and transitions
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain classroom organization
• Monitor and supervise students in the classroom, cafeteria, playground
• Assist with other campus activities/duties as needed
• Foster positive relationships with students and contribute to a supportive learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferred
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with students
• Successful results of criminal and employment background check.
