Job summary

Fairfield ISD is seeking a Paraprofessional for the Elementary Campus serving grades PK-2. The role centers on collaborative support with general education teachers to meet the instructional needs of at-risk students in an inclusion and pull-out setting.

You will assist with core content activities in reading and math, help implement interventions, and provide personal care as identified in student IEPs, while performing SHARS duties as assigned. Strong communication with staff is essential.

This position primarily involves working collaboratively with the general education classroom teachers in providing for the instructional needs of at-risk students in an inclusion and pull-out setting. Students assigned to this program are in need of additional academic support (predominantly in the area of reading, math and academic interventions). Provide personal care as identified in the applicable student IEP’s, and other SHARS duties as assigned.
