Qualifications

• Minimum 48 hours of college credit or equivalent.
• High School diploma plus ACT 21 or reading/writing competency test.
• Sufficient experience to provide services with training.

Responsibilities

• Serve under the guidance of the assigned teacher.
• Assist individual or small groups in developing academic skills.
• Assist students with instructional technology.
• Prepare instructional materials and reports; maintain records.
• Administer diagnostic tests as directed.
• Help prepare classroom and organize materials/equipment.
• Monitor students and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in supervision during lunch/recess/after school.
• Participate in staff development and faculty events.
