Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with students and staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to implement daily lesson plans and support student learning
• Provide academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with classroom management and enforce school policies
• Support students with special needs by following IEPs
• Prepare educational materials and help organize the classroom
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-classroom times
