Job summary
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Minneapolis, MN to hire dedicated paraprofessionals for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide classroom and one-on-one support under a licensed teacher, assisting with instructional activities and accommodations to help students meet academic and behavioral goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining a positive learning environment, collaborating with teachers and related staff, and supporting daily living activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates must meet one of the Minnesota paraprofessional qualifications listed.
- Background checks and district onboarding requirements must be passed.
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students under teacher direction.
- Assist with instructional activities and accommodations.
- Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and functional goals.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
- Assist students with daily living activities as needed.
