Job summary

The Wachusett Regional School District seeks a Paraprofessional at Wachusett Regional High School to provide instructional support within BRYT Academic Support. The role involves working one-on-one with students and in small groups to help meet curriculum goals and to support teachers and staff.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in academic support roles preferred. This is a 32.5-hour-per-week, on-site role paid in accordance with the collective

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to Teaching staff including but not limited to: working one on one with students and in group settings to ensure curriculum goals are achieved.
• Support Teaching and other building staff in creating a safe and productive learning environment for all students.
• Assisting in both academic opportunities and or other assistance that enhances student success.

Pay: In accordance with theCBA

Hours: 32.5 hours weekly (6.5 hours per day)

A Paraprofessional is needed to provide instructional support to Teaching staff including but not limited to:
