Job summary

Equality Charter School in New York seeks a paraprofessional to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support for students. This temporary role targets up to two months with potential continuation through NYC DOE's paraprofessional program.

You will assist in classroom instruction, monitor student progress, and collaborate with educators to create a positive learning environment, requiring strong communication and patience.
