Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking dedicated Teacher's Aide/1:1/Paraprofessional contractors for the Camden, NJ area. Per diem postings will appear daily with assignments at up to $22/hour.

Long-term roles will run through the 2026 school year on a first-come, first-served basis. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, NJ Department of Education fingerprints, and reliable transportation.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned.
• Establish and maintains order in the classroom.
• Maintain a classroom environment conductive to effective learning.
• Conduct oneself in a business like and task-oriented manner.
• Cooperate with school personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in any public setting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by program/building administrator(s) in accordance with school policies and practices.
