Job summary

Illinois Education Job Bank is seeking a paraprofessional to assist students with special needs throughout the day, supporting academics and daily routines in a classroom setting. You will help students follow a strict schedule, maintain safety, and support the teacher in achieving each student's IEP goals, while performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Must hold an ELS paraprofessional license or a Professional Educator License (PEL).

Qualifications

• Must hold an ELS Paraprofessional license or a Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Excellent written and oral communication with staff, parents and students.
• Basic math, computer and general office skills required.

Job description

Qualifications

Salary/Benefits

RANGE OF PAY: $18.03- $19.28 / Hour. Additional stipends available based upon assignment
