Job summary

Waterford Township School District is seeking a para-professional to support teachers and contribute to a structured learning environment for students. The position offers four to five and a half hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly wage.

Starting rates are $18.88 per hour for Highly Qualified applicants and $17.31 per hour for others, based on 185 days per year. Applicants can qualify as Highly Qualified with 48 college credits or by passing the Paraprofessional Exam.

QUALIFICATIONS

JOB GOAL

To promote the achievement of students' educational goals and learning objectives by providing supplemental and clerical services to assist the classroom teacher; assists in the supervision of classroom activities under the direction and supervision of the certified classroom teacher or other designated certified personnel.

SALARY
