Job summary

Jump Ahead Pediatrics in Mays Landing, New Jersey is seeking a Paraprofessional for a school-based role to support teachers and students in a positive learning environment. The position offers pay of $20-$25 per hour with hours from 8:25am to 3:30pm and exclusive school placement with no travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
• Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
