Job summary

AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a Paraprofessional / Classroom Aide in Leesburg, VA to support students in local schools for the 25/26 school year. The role involves 1:1 and small group support, assisting teachers, and documenting student progress.

We welcome licensed paraprofessionals with a VA ELS license, experience with preschool or school-age children, and a patient, proactive approach. The assignment follows the school calendar and offers a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Virginia Paraprofessional License (ELS) is required.
• Experience with preschool or school-aged children is required.
• Special education experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, proactive and multitask in a classroom.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; lifting up to 25 lbs (40 lbs infrequently).
