Unitek Learning seeks a Paramedic Skills Instructor to deliver hands-on labs and simulation-based training within the Paramedic Program, ensuring alignment with the approved curriculum, EMS standards, and accreditation requirements. Working under the Program Director, you will support the development and evaluation of student psychomotor competencies to promote clinical readiness and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic certification in good standing.
• 2–5 years of documented prehospital EMS experience.
• Demonstrated competency in paramedic psychomotor skills and ALS procedures.
• Ability to instruct, demonstrate, and evaluate hands-on clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychomotor skills labs and simulations per curriculum.
• Instruct techniques for paramedic skills (assess, airway, meds, cardio, trauma).
• Evaluate student performance with competency checklists.
• Provide feedback to promote safe practice and critical thinking.
• Assist with setup, facilitation, and debrief of simulations.
• Support remediation for students not meeting standards.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of training equipment.
• Maintain records per program and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Director and faculty for consistency.
• Model professionalism and ethical conduct.
