Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic or equivalent EMS experience.
• State Paramedic licensure in good standing; NREMT certification if required by state.
• Proficient in patient assessment, ACLS, and pre-hospital care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions during transport.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management in transit.
• Complete patient care reports accurately in the electronic system.
• Operate ambulances safely per driving standards and safety guidelines.
• Restock and maintain supplies and equipment readiness.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and partner agencies.
• Support EMT partners and participate in training and quality improvement.
