Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking a Paramedic to deliver high-quality emergency patient care and safe transport. You will document care accurately and support EMS partners to ensure optimal outcomes, representing AmeriPro EMS with professionalism.

You will perform ACLS interventions, monitor patients during transport, and participate in ongoing training to maintain clinical competency and operational excellence across a team of EMTs and dispatch partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS), Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and/or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training.
• Technology proficiency in EMS documentation and devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately in the electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely per driving standards and laws.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are ready through checks and restocking.
• Communicate with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities for seamless transitions.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork and clear direction.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
