Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced medical training such as AMOS/ATLS (as applicable) and/or PHTLS/APLS is preferred.
• Technology proficiency (devices, software, and electronic documentation).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during patient transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately in the approved electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely per driving standards and safety guidelines.
• Ensure ambulance, equipment, and supplies are ready through routine checks and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork, professionalism, and clear direction.
• Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
