Job summary

Puckett Emergency Medical Services Llc seeks a Level I Paramedic to provide patient care in emergency and non-emergency settings in Ringgold, GA, and surrounding areas. You will operate under state EMS regulations and company protocols, with mandatory training in addition to required courses.

Responsibilities include responding to dispatched calls, delivering care per protocols, maintaining ambulance and equipment, completing PCRs and related reports, and ensuring unit readiness and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Georgia/Tennessee Paramedic License.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PHTLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• EVOC or equivalent certification is required.
• Current state driver’s license in residency state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all calls dispatched from the communications center.
• Provide on-site patient care per company policy and protocols.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily.
• Prepare and complete PCRs, billing, exposure, incident reports.
• Ensure crewmembers and vehicle compliance with laws and policies.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain readiness and appearance.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Paramedic License (Georgia/Tennessee)

Basic Life Support Certification

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification

PHTLS or equivalent

PALS or equivalent

EVOC or equivalent

Driver's License (GA/TN)
