Puckett EMS in Ringgold, GA is seeking a Paramedic to provide on-site patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings. You must maintain licenses/certifications and follow protocols set by the medical director. A six-month introductory probationary period applies.

Responsibilities include responding to calls from the EMS center, preparing reports, and ensuring vehicle readiness and compliance with state laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State of Georgia and/or Tennessee Paramedic License.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS).
• PHTLS or equivalent (within 6 months).
• PALS or equivalent (within 6 months).
• EVOC or equivalent certification.
• Current State Driver’s License (residency).

Responsabilités

• Respond to all calls dispatched from Puckett EMS communications center.
• Provide care per policy and medical director protocols.
• Ensure ambulance and equipment are cleaned and checked daily.
• Complete PCR, billing, and incident reports.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure vehicle compliance with Georgia/Tennessee regulations.
• Attend mandatory meetings and maintain readiness and professionalism.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in uniform.
