Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles, CA seeks a skilled Paramedic to provide advanced pre-hospital care and rapid response in the Emergency Department. You will assess patients, administer medications, and support life-saving procedures in the field and hospital settings.

Required is a Paramedic license, BLS and ACLS, with preference for candidates having 911 system experience and an Associate’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree preferred.
• Three years' full time experience in a 911 system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized care plan for patient presentation according to standards and policies.
• Provides emergency care in the pre-hospital environment.
• Administers medications and may perform airway procedures as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
