Adventist Health in Los Angeles is seeking a qualified Paramedic to provide emergency care in the pre-hospital environment. Candidates must be adept in patient assessment, provide advanced medical interventions, and hold necessary certifications such as BLS and ACLS.

Provides emergency care in the pre‑hospital environment. Provides advanced‑level medical care including evaluation, treatment and stabilization to the ill and injured. Has a comprehensive knowledge base and is able to diagnose and provide care for a broad range of medical emergencies. Responds to calls for emergency medical assistance, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or bandaging a wound. Assesses a patient's condition and determines a course of treatment. Provides first‑aid treatment or life support care to sick or injured patients according to acceptable medical practice standards.
