This role provides leadership and operational oversight for three Paramedic teams supporting corporate executive security and campus operations and reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Oversee three Paramedic teams: two 5-medic travel teams and one 4-medic HQ team
Balance individual team needs with the overall requirements and interests of the contract
Maintain cross-team communication and provide day-to-day operational leadership
Manage staffing and scheduling across all Paramedic teams
Coordinate emergency coverage and backfill Paramedic shifts as needed
Oversee domestic and international travel requirements for executive travel teams
Manage client medical logistics and Paramedic operational logistics
Ensure each team meets operational, clinical, and contractual requirements
Coordinate with the Chief Medical Officer on clinical and operational needs
Complete API reporting and patient care identification reporting
Oversee payroll administration and contract billing requirements
Review monthly Paramedic payroll and travel receipts for Director of Clinical Operations approval
Lead onboarding and ensure new Paramedics are fully prepared and integrated into their teams
Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and increased contract effectiveness
Active California Paramedic License
NREMT-P Certification
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Program management and operational leadership experience
Leadership experience within corporate operations, military, law enforcement, public safety, emergency management, healthcare, or other complex operational environments preferred
Military or Law Enforcement background strongly preferred
Ability to lead multiple teams with differing operational requirements
Ability to maintain active Paramedic responsibilities and provide shift coverage when needed
BLS Instructor or TECC Instructor preferred
Willingness to obtain advanced certifications with company-paid/reimbursed training
Must live within approximately 1–1.5 hours of Palo Alto
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with company-provided lunch daily
$130,000 annually
Full-time, non-exempt contract position through August 14, 2028
