Texas Health Resources in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Paramedic, PRN to join our team. You will respond to patient needs, provide care under physician supervision, and participate in shared governance in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high-quality patient care. Qualifications include a HS diploma, EMT-P or LP, ACLS/BCLS/PALS/CPI certifications, and 3 months paramedic internship or experience; 1 year EMS/fire experience is preferred.

Formación

• HS Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 3 months paramedic experience or completion of a paramedic internship Required
• 1 Year paramedic experience in EMS or fire department Preferred
• EMT-P Upon Hire Required Or LP Upon Hire Required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required

Responsabilidades

• Responds to others' priorities regarding privacy, safety, and patient needs; incorporates population-specific safety measures into care; engages families in care decisions.
• Provides safe patient care under physician supervision and delegation; all clinical activities are performed under supervision.
• Participates in Shared Governance and collaborates with clinicians to improve unit operations and patient safety.
