Mercy EMS is seeking a Paramedic (EMT-P) for a PRN role in Springfield. You will perform direct patient care, assessments, stabilization, and transport, while also handling essential clerical duties and equipment checks.

Candidates must have an EMT-P license, Hazmat awareness, and ACLS at hire with PALS within 6 months. A valid driver’s license and high physical fitness are required to operate in varied environments and respond quickly to emergencies.

Qualificações

• Paramedic license (EMT-P) required for state of practice.
• ACLS required at hire; PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Must have high physical endurance and mobility; able to lift/move patients in difficult environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment and stabilization.
• Access, evacuate and transport patients per Mercy EMS protocols.
• Perform clerical and maintenance duties as needed; work in variable conditions.
