Haxtun Health Ambulance is seeking Paramedics for PRN-only work in Haxtun, Colorado. There are no regularly scheduled shifts; coverage is on an as-needed basis to respond to emergency calls and inter-facility transfers, following the Haxtun EMS Protocols and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment guidelines.

Youll receive on-call hourly pay, plus commission on a per-trip basis for every call you take.

Job description

If you're a Paramedic looking for flexible, PRN-only work, Haxtun Health Ambulance might be the perfect fit. Unlike a typical 9-to-5, we don't have regularly scheduled shifts. Instead, our team of dedicated responders provides coverage on an as-needed basis.

Here's How It Works

• Weekday coverage is handled by the first available responders who can answer the call.
• Weekend coverage is provided by two on-call responders from Saturday at 6:00 a.m. to Monday at 6:00 a.m. During this time, you'll receive on-call hourly pay.
• In addition to on-call pay, you'll also earn commission based on a per-trip basis for every call you take.

As a Paramedic, you'll be responsible for providing immediate, high-quality care to critically ill and injured patients. This includes responding to both emergency calls and inter-facility transfers, all while following the guidelines set by the Haxtun Ambulance EMS Protocols and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
