Haxtun Health is seeking an Ambulance Driver to respond to inter-facility transfer calls, providing prompt care and safe transport under established EMS protocols. This PRN, on-call role requires responding to shifts as the first available or on-call responders, with hourly on-call pay and per-trip commission.
The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification for healthcare, a valid Colorado Driver’s License, and ICS 100 & 700 training for NIMS compliance.

The Haxtun Health Ambulance department does not offer regularly scheduled work shifts. Weekday coverage is provided by the first available responders. Weekends are covered by two on-call responders. On-call shifts are usually from 6:00am on Saturday through 6:00 am on Monday mornings. On-call responders receive hourly on-call pay. Commission is based on a per-trip basis, according to a predetermined rate table.
