Job summary

Methodist Health System in Texas seeks an ER Technician II to perform core patient care duties and support the Emergency Services team. You will assist with direct patient care, execute physician orders, operate laboratory equipment, and participate in patient education and discharge.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, current Texas EMT-P or National EMT-P certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire; 1 year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Education

Licenses and/or Certifications

Current Texas EMT-P certification (license required) or National EMT-P Certification
Current Basic Life Support Certification required
Current Advanced Cardio Life Support Certification required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification required within 90 days of hire

Work Experience

1 year of work-related experience - preferred
