Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
• Current licensure as a Georgia Paramedic.
• Minimum of 2 years as a licensed driver with a clear MVR.
• Demonstrate ability to work well with people, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the image and reputation of the System through leadership and communication.
• Respond to calls and ensure ambulance readiness and stock.
• Perform patient assessments and administer treatment per Georgia EMS scope for Paramedic level.
• Complete required documentation prior to end of shift.
• Maintain ambulance cleanliness and stock for next shift.
• Coordinate with CMED and receiving facilities and provide critical patient information.
• Adhere to Georgia Rules and Emergency Protocols and work with allied personnel.
