Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• State Paramedic licensure in good standing.
• NREMT certification (if required by state).
• CPR BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS certifications.
• Ability to operate in high-stress emergency settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols and scope of practice.
• Provide safe, continuous monitoring and medical management during patient transport.
• Complete all patient care reports accurately and promptly in the electronic system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely, adhering to driving standards and safety guidelines.
• Ensure ambulance, equipment, and supplies are ready through routine checks and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners through teamwork and clear direction.
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement efforts.
