Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking a Paramedic to deliver high-quality patient care in emergency settings and to transport patients safely. You will document care accurately, operate EMS vehicles per standards, and coordinate with dispatch and hospitals to ensure seamless transitions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and commitment to service excellence within AmeriPro EMS’s operating framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing and NREMT certification if required by state.
• Advanced certifications in EMS: AMs, PHTLS and/or ATLS as applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with EMS technology and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports accurately and promptly in the EMS system.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely following driving standards and policies.
• Ensure ambulance, equipment, and supplies are ready through routine checks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners with professionalism and clear direction.
• Participate in training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
