Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Par medic license in assigned state.
• CPR/Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications preferred or required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls while providing high-quality patient care.
• Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and administer advanced life support interventions.
• Operate within established protocols, clinical guidelines, and state regulations.
• Lead and supervise EMT partners during patient care and transport activities.
• Make critical patient care decisions and ensure appropriate clinical interventions are delivered.
• Safely operate and maintain emergency response vehicles and equipment.
• Complete accurate patient care documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, physicians, dispatch personnel, and other emergency responders.
• Provide compassionate care and exceptional customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and vehicles to ensure operational excellence.
