Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Paramedic License and a valid Driver’s License are mandatory.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS/ITLS.
• Driving record must comply with company policy and a physical agility test is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine action in a 911 system with ~17,000 yearly requests.
• Utilize Paramedic skills to deliver full scope of care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
