Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Paramedic to provide out-of-hospital care under EMS supervision, delivering care at BLS and ALS levels. You will assess patient needs across neonate to geriatric populations and coordinate pre-hospital care and transportation according to protocols.

Strong teamwork, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach are essential as you collaborate with physicians, family, and other providers to ensure continuous emergency medical services.

Qualifications

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• 2 year/Associates degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Post High School Diploma Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide out-of-hospital care at BLS/ALS levels for patients of all ages.
• Deliver patient care based on needs across neonate to geriatric populations.
• Assist with planning, supervising and evaluating pre-hospital care and transportation.
• Coordinate emergency medical care and follow protocols/medical command orders.
• Demonstrate cooperation and resourcefulness when interacting with patients, families, and other providers.
