Trident EMS seeks a Paramedic to join our Orlando-based team delivering ALS and Critical Care Transport. This role focuses on interfacility transport with a patient-centered approach in a controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to complete a physical evaluation, including lifting up to 125 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Florida Paramedic License or National Registry Paramedic (NREMT).
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider.
• Current ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Deliver advanced life support interventions within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes during transport.
• Utilize medical equipment, medications, and treatment protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout transport.
• Safely operate and position ambulances with a focus on public safety.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, hospitals, and receiving providers.
• Maintain thorough electronic patient care reports and compliance.
