Job summary

Enliven Home Infusion Specialists Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse / Integration Coach to deliver high-quality ketamine infusion treatments for mental health management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical knowledge in infusion therapy and patient care.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments including vital signs and medical history review.
• Establish and maintain IV access for ketamine infusions.
• Monitor patients continuously during infusion with monitoring equipment.
• Prepare and administer ketamine infusions per physician order and clinic protocol.
• Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Provide patient education before and after treatment regarding expectations, side effects, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure proper medication handling, storage and inventory management in regulatory compliance.
• Main infusion suite equipment and emergency readiness (crash cart checks, oxygen supply, suction equipment).
• Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
