Serenity Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Ketamine Infusion Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care in a calm outpatient setting. You will monitor patients, manage the infusion process, and ensure comfort while maintaining meticulous documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, IV placement skills, and excellent communication. You’ll work three 12-hour shifts with alternating Saturdays, benefit from strong medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• RN license current, active, and unrestricted.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish.
• Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability as situations require.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively administering Ketamine via IV
• Caring closely for patients during every step of the process
• Explaining ketamine infusion to patients and their families in a way that inspires confidence and peace
• Providing calm, reassuring emotional support throughout treatment
• Demonstrating thorough documentation
• Providing support to providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Jumping in where needed — we’re a team, and flexibility is part of the flow
