compensation ranges from $69,899.83 to $110,171.00 depending on experience; candidates should hold an Oregon Paramedic License, a valid Driver's License, and relevant certifications. Paid training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Oregon State Paramedic License required.
  • State Driver's License required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS certifications.
  • ICS 100/200/700/800 training is required.
  • Driving record must comply with company policy.
  • Must pass Physical Agility Test.
  • Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each call to determine best course of action with progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Use paramedic skills on equipment and procedures (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
  • Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and reassurance.
  • Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
  • Drive the ambulance on 901 responses.
  • Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.

Pay Rate: $69,899.83 - $110,171.00 depending on experience

We're hiring Paramedics in Washington County that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic, as well as advanced, patient care to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
  • Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
  • Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
  • Drive the ambulance on 901 responses.
  • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Oregon State Paramedic License
  • State Driver's License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS
  • ICS 100, 200, 700, 800
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
