Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Certification or advanced training in emergency services: AMLS, PHTLS and/or ATLS.
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing and NREMT (where required).
• Current CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS certifications and a valid driver's license.
• FEMA IS Certifications (IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800) and ventilator certification.
• Strong people skills and ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and ACLS interventions during transport.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management throughout transport.
• Complete patient care reports in the electronic system promptly.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely per driving standards and laws.
• Keep ambulance and supplies ready through routine checks and restocking.
• Communicate with dispatch, partner agencies, and receiving facilities.
• Support EMT partners and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement.
