Job summary

Qualifications

• California paramedic license required and driver licenses valid.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS/PEPP certifications essential.
• State EMT/paramedic credentials and DMV ambulance licenses needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess calls and determine best action per protocol.
• Provide advanced medical care using defibrillator, EKG, oxygen and meds.
• Triager patients for efficient response and care.
• Deliver patient care per clinical protocols and safety rules.
• Lift/move patients to ensure optimal care and safety.
• Communicate with receiving facilities for direction and updates.
• Perform other duties per job description.
