Job summary

PRN Ambulance is actively hiring Paramedics in California to join a team dedicated to high-quality patient care and professional growth. Paramedics will provide emergent and non-emergent medical transport, travel to partner facilities, patient homes, and events, and work alongside EMTs to deliver care at the required treatment level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic program.
• California driver’s license (valid).
• EMT-P certification, CPR (AHA), PALS and ACLS.
• California DL 61 and DL51 certifications.
• LADOT Ambulance Driver Permit.
• Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Two+ years of driving experience.
• Must maintain current state, local, and federal training and CE.
• Other state or county certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to BLS, ALS, and CCT emergent and non-emergent transports and scene calls
• Provide high quality, routine and emergent basic and advanced life support, in accordance with CA Title 22, local scope of practice and PRN policy
