Superior Ambulance Service in Highland, IN is seeking Paramedics to provide patient care and safe transport under state EMS regulations. You will assess patients, document conditions, and coordinate with medical teams across a large Midwest EMS fleet.

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at the EMT or Paramedic level while safely transporting patients.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; ability to operate a vehicle in various conditions.
• Pass a pre-employment interview including a physical and lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as stipulated in training as a Paramedic.
• Provide safe transportation with accurate navigation and address recognition.
• Assess a patient and convey condition to medical professionals.
• Provide written reports describing patient condition and treatment.
• Document billing information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
