Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is actively seeking Paramedics to join our team in Highland, IN and surrounding areas.

The Paramedic will provide high-quality patient care during transport and emergency responses, utilizing map-reading skills and accurate routing to reach destinations efficiently. The role requires current NREMT or state Paramedic license, valid driver's license with a clean record, and ability to perform assessments, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• NREMT or current state license (or pending).
• Ability to provide medical care at EMT/Paramedic level while transporting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; safe operation in various conditions.
• Pass pre-employment interview, physical and lifting exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Attend company-provided training and driving course.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate patient care as per Paramedic training.
• Provide safe transportation with accurate addressing and routing.
• Assess patient and communicate condition to medical staff.
• Provide accurate written report of patient condition, medical history and treatment.
• Provide documentation for billing information.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor fluid levels and gauges.
