Job summary

First Call Ambulance LLC is seeking Paramedics to serve our hospital and medical facility clients in the United States. Flexible full- and part-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities include lifesaving patient care, defensive driving, and accurate documentation while maintaining professional conduct and vehicle readiness. Ongoing training and certification upkeep are required to meet state EMS standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state EMS license with no disciplinary action documented.
• Must have active DL in the state the employee resides.
• Maintains current certifications in CPR, ACLS, PALS, Trauma Certification (PHTLS, ITLS).
• Advanced Pediatric Certification (EPC/PEPP); within 6 months after hiring to obtain Trauma and Pediatric Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs as a Paramedic delivering lifesaving procedures, care, and defensive driving for EMS transport.
• Drives emergency or non-emergency vehicle using defensive driving techniques as trained and licensed.
• Completes required paperwork and documents appropriately and completely.
• Evaluates the vehicle and equipment daily for cleanliness, safety, and proper working order.
• Attends in-services, run report reviews, and other quality assurance activities.
• Performs other functions as required by First Call Ambulance management.

Education

State EMS license

CPR, ACLS, PALS

Trauma Certification (PHTLS, ITLS)

Advanced Pediatric Certification (EPC/PEPP)
