Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom instruction in pre-hospital care subjects.
• Conduct field training, evaluation and remediation of new and continuing employees.
• Mentor employees, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement actions.
• Play a lead role in scene management and patient care decisions.
• Drive ambulance or provide map-reading support to minimize response times.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and information systems.
